Things you will need:
Pipe Cleaners (any color)
Miniature Pom-Poms
Googly Eyes
Glue
Scissors
Pencils
How to create Pipe Cleaner Pencil Toppers:
Step 1: Wrap one full length pipe cleaner around a pencil
Step 2: Make a wide loop with the pipe cleaner at the bottom end of the pencil
Step 3: Place a separate pipe cleaner through the loop that you just created
Step 4: Stick the bottom end of the pencil through the loop
Step 5: Twist the ends of the pipe cleaner that was placed through the loop
Step 6: Glue pom-poms onto the bulk potion of the pipe cleaners
Step 7: Let dry
Step 8: Glue the googly eyes onto the top of the pom-poms
Step 9: Let dry
Step 10 (Optional): Repeat process with another pencil, but slightly change details as you see fit
Step 11: Name your newly created friend
